"Stable" isn't the same as healthy.
The Ph. Metabolic Edit is a 10-week clinical programme for people with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes who want to do more than just manage their condition — they want to reverse the trajectory.
A stable HbA1c means your medication is working. It doesn't mean you're well.
It means the disease is being contained — not reversed. Your kidneys are still under pressure. Your arteries are still ageing faster than they should. The risk to your eyes, your feet, your heart hasn't gone away.
The question isn't whether it's manageable. It's whether manageable is good enough for you.
Your glucose tells a story. We help you rewrite it.
Two FreeStyle Libre CGM sensors — one at the start, one at week 6 — show exactly how your body responds, and whether the programme is working. No guessing. Just evidence.
Five phases. One clear direction.
Each phase builds on the last. Nothing is rushed. Everything is measured.
The deep-dive assessment
A 60-minute clinical consultation — your history, your bloods, your medications, your goals. Your first CGM sensor is applied so we start capturing glucose data from day one.
Learning your glucose story
Before we change anything, we watch. The CGM maps how your body responds to food, sleep, stress and movement — in real time. This is the data that makes everything else specific to you, not generic.
Targeted, personalised change
A nutrition strategy built around your glucose patterns. A movement prescription designed with Liz (personal trainer). Medication adjustments where the data supports it. Three small-group education sessions to understand the science behind what we're doing.
Is it working? The data tells us.
Your second CGM sensor goes on. We compare your glucose patterns now to where they were at the start. Objective evidence of progress — not a feeling, a measurement. The plan is refined based on what we find.
A strategy that outlasts the programme
We're not trying to create dependency. The final phase builds your long-term plan — how to maintain what you've achieved, how to keep reducing medication safely, and how to continue lowering your cardiovascular risk long after week 10.
