Understand your health. Really understand it.
Monthly Saturday morning education sessions — small groups, plain language, expert-led. No jargon, no rushing. Just the knowledge you need to take control of your own health.
Your GP has 10 minutes. These sessions give you an hour.
Being told you have high blood pressure, or diabetes, or atrial fibrillation — and then being handed a leaflet — isn't education. These sessions are. Small groups, open questions, proper explanations of what your condition means, what your medications do, and what you can actually do about it.
Not a wellness coach. Someone who understands your medications, your bloods, and your condition at a clinical level.
Deliberately kept small so there's space to ask the questions you never quite had time to ask your GP.
Medical knowledge translated into things you can actually act on — what to eat, what to watch for, what to ask your doctor.

One Saturday morning a month, in person
Deliberately face-to-face at Moko Physiotherapy's studio room — because real learning happens in a room, not on a screen.
Small groups only
Deliberately kept small so every attendee can ask questions, not just listen. Usually 8–12 people.
Taught session + open Q&A
Each session has a structured taught element followed by open questions — bring your test results, your medication list, your confusion.
Saturday mornings, at Moko Physio
One session per topic per month, on a Saturday morning at Moko Physiotherapy's studio room. Register your interest and we'll let you know when your topic is next.
Leave knowing more than when you arrived
These aren't lectures. They're conversations — led by a pharmacist who can explain your medications, your blood results, and your condition in a way that actually makes sense.
Bring your medication list, recent blood results, or anything you've been meaning to ask. Nothing is too basic.
Clear, evidence-based teaching on your specific condition — what it means, why it happens, and what helps.
A written summary of key points to take home, plus the confidence to have better conversations with your GP.
