General Consultation
At Ph. my consultations are calm, unhurried and centred around you. I take the time to listen properly, understand what’s going on and explain things in plain language. Everything I do is grounded in up-to-date, evidence-based medicine, but the tone is relaxed and easy-going, no jargon, no judgement. We’ll go through your options together and agree a clear plan that feels realistic for you, rather than the rushed “tick-box” feeling of a standard 10-minute appointment.
P.S. Coffee is served 😋
P.P.S Matching trainers are not a pre-requisite for the appointment😄
